At Hestevard we are committed to offer a comprehensive range of high quality neutraceuticals via the veterinary industry.
How will my Hestevard order be shipped?
UK Deliveries
All our UK deliveries are made using a tracked service such as DPD or FEDex. Where possible items will be dispatched within 48 hours of an order being placed and shipped via next working day service.
Non-UK Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver to other countries as quickly as possible using a trackable service. On occaision your order may be processed by our distributor in your specific country. For more information on our merchandise deliveries, please email us at info@hestevard.com
Delivery Charges
UK Delivery Charges
For all UK based deliveries, delivery will be charged at £9.99 unless you have a voucher code from your vet practice or if you are only ordering product samples.
Non-UK Delivery Charges
For all deliveries outside of the UK, delivery costs will be calculated upon check out. For more information, please email us via info@hestevard.com
Delivery of sample products
All samples are dispatched by our marketing team. Where possible we get these sent out on the next working day. In the UK these are mailed directly using Royal Mail 2nd class large letter services. Unfortunately we do not track sample orders.
If your basket only includes free samples, then free shipping will be applied to your basket or during the checkout process.
If you have not recieved your order within 7 working days, please do contact us via info@hestevard.com and we will confirm dispatch and if necessary, we will send an replacement set of samples.
For sample orders outside the UK, these will be mailed by our local distributor so they reach you in the quickest possible way.
Hestevard Supplement Deliveries
Delivery of Signature & Elements Range supplements are now available at a flat rate charge of £9.99. We will shortly be introducing a referral programme in conjunction with our vet practices. Please watch this space for more information on this programme plus coming soon our Hestevard Subscription Service.
