I have ordered a sample of a product, but it hasn't arrived.
Sample delivery & Returns
All samples are dispatched by our marketing team. Where possible we get these sent out on the next working day. In the UK these are mailed directly using Royal Mail 2nd class large letter services Unfortunately we do not track sample orders.
If you have not recieved your order within 7 working days, please do contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm dispatch and if necessary, we will send an replacement set of samples.
If for any reason you wish to return your sample pack, please mail the pack back to Hestevard LLP, Omega House, Hazleton Interchange, Lakesmere Road, Horndean, Hampshire, PO8 9JU United Kingdom.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases, however in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item of merchandise, please email your request to email@example.com and we will either arrange and exchange or a return.
