FOR THE VET:

At Hestevard we always say we are VET First, so every time a horse owner subscribes to our products, we will also give a reward to your veterinary practice too - and that's why when you set up a online account with Hestevard, we always ask you who which vet practice you use! 

Vet practices will receive notifications of orders processed via our online store on a monthly basis. 

If you don't see your vet listed, then don't worry, carry on with your check out and if you remember, then please drop us an email with the name of your Vet Practice and we will update our listing and make sure your order isn't delayed in through shipping. If you forget, don't worry, we will call or email you - until we know which vet you use, we cannot ship your order. If in any doubt, email us at info@hestevard.com

CHANGED YOUR MIND?:

We know things change! So if you set up a subscription to one of our products, you can log in to your online account at any stage and change the quantity you require or you can cancel future orders. 

DELIVERY: 

Our standard delivery is via DPD - and if you order before 2pm Monday - Friday, then your order will be Picked, Packed & Dispatched the same day by our amazing Hestevard Helpers and you will receive items the next working day! Now, we can't say better than that!!
